How much is shipping?

Shipping is free within Australia on all of our items. However, we do not ship to PO Box addresses

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 3 business days and actual shipping time typically takes between 3-8 business days. However, this shipping time is not guaranteed by us as it's in the control of our courier

Is shipping tracked?

All our items over $70 come with tracked shipping and you will receive an email with the tracking details once it has been shipped. 

How long is your product warranty?

We offer a 12-month product warranty on all our products 

What if I receive the item and change my mind?

We provide a 14day money back guarantee on products that are opened (i.e. are not unopened in their original packaging).
