All of our orders are shipped from our warehouses in Australia. Please allow 1 business day for your order to be packed and dispatched.
Why Didn't My Shipment Come In One Package?
We ship orders from various warehouses in Australia. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centres in order for them to get to you faster.
This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. They are on the way!

Can I Return An Item If I Don't Like It?

How Do I Start My Return?
A return authorisation must be requested within 30 days of your date of delivery.
Please send us an email at info@emporiumhut.net or reach us via our contact us page to request and receive an RMA and return instructions.
Please reference your order number in your email.
How Do I Exchange An Item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@emporiumhut.net and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.
Do I Need To Keep The Boxes To Return An Item?
Yes! You must return all original packaging and accessories included in your purchase. We reserve all rights to refuse a refund if this condition is not met.

My Product Isn't Working Properly! What Can I Do?
If your product isn't working as it should, follow these three steps to troubleshoot.
Step 1
Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package. Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.
Step 2
If you still have difficulties with your item, we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.

Can I Change/Edit/Cancel My Order?
Unfortunately once orders have been placed, we are unable to edit or cancel them.
